turkey time!

our first few days in istanbul have been fantastic! the streets are colourful (and tasty!) and as it is the last week of ramadan, each night there are various festivals and firework displays to watch.

wandering vienna

we have wrapped up our time in austria by spending the weekend wandering the streets of vienna. we've had a super time  here in austria- thanks benni for being such a great host, we look forward to seeing you again for the snow season!

lakeside in austria

this last week we've been a little out of touch (apologies!) as we have been with benni at his holiday home in mondsee! when the weather was nice we swam in the lake and went on cycle trips. when the weather turned cold we enjoyed day trips to salzburg and evenings spent drinking by the fire!
